STRICT BUILDING RULES - PLEASE READ... You are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by you or your group. If you or your group break these rules or cause damage, we will charge an additional repair/cleaning fee. We understand accidents happen so, please tell us straight away if something breaks. Minor items, we usually won’t charge for however significant damage, rule breaking or extra cleaning will be charged in line with booking terms. BUILDING RULES: No parties or events allowed. No smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere on the premises (inside or outside). No barbecues or outdoor cooking allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Maximum 6 guests. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 23:00 and 08:00. Please respect our neighbours & communal areas at all times. Check‑in anytime from 15:00. Check‑out is by 11:00 sharp, unless agreed otherwise in advance. PARKING RULES (FOR FREE PARKING): Free parking is available by prior arrangement only. To avoid an unauthorised parking ticket, you MUST provide the following details before the first day of your stay: - Vehicle type (car/motorbike/van etc) - Registration number Example: “Car, CM16 XKN” ***DISCLAIMER: If you park in Riverside Resident Parking without providing these details before the first day of your stay, you are likely to receive an unauthorised parking ticket. ***We cannot dispute tickets issued by a third party.
